Our Story

Born in the desert.
Built on good bread.

Avocado & Toast started with a simple frustration: St George had great weather, great trails, and great people — but nowhere to go for a breakfast that didn't feel like a compromise.

So we built it. A space where sourdough is kneaded by hand at dawn, where avocados are ripe enough to spread with a spoon, and where the coffee is as thoughtful as the food.

Six years later, we're still doing the same thing — just with a fuller menu and a line out the door on weekends.
